Your privacy.
This notice explains what My Live Health LLC collects on mylivehealth.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated August 17, 2026
My Live Health LLC (“My Live Health”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a licensed insurance agency. This privacy notice applies to mylivehealth.com and to the quote and enrollment site we operate, along with the phone, email, and text conversations that follow from them. If you have any question about it, email us at contact@mylivehealth.com or call (833) 741-1902.
Our services are intended for residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree with this notice, please stop using the site.
What we collect
We collect three kinds of information: what you type into this site, what your browser sends us automatically, and what we receive from partners and public sources.
The information you give us can include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, state, date of birth or age range, household size, estimated household income, tobacco use, coverage you have today, coverage you are looking for, general health status, and anything else you choose to write in a message. We only ask for what is needed to show you plans you can actually buy and to have a licensed agent answer your questions. Please do not send us detailed medical records, diagnoses, or your Social Security number through this website.
Everything you tell us should be true and complete, and you should tell us when it changes, because eligibility for a plan and the price you are quoted both depend on it.
What happens to your ZIP code
Most pages on this site have a short form that asks only for a ZIP code. Plan availability and price are set by county, so the ZIP code is what makes it possible to show you real options instead of national averages.
When you submit that form we hand off the ZIP code to our quote and enrollment flow, along with the type of coverage you were looking at, the page you started from, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (for example utm_source and utm_campaign). That handoff happens in the address bar, so you can see exactly what is being passed. No name, phone number, or email address is included at that point, because we have not asked you for one yet.
The quote flow runs on a separate site we operate. This same privacy notice applies there. If you continue and give your contact details in that flow, the information you enter is handled as described in the rest of this notice.
Messages you send us
The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number if you want a call back, and your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Messages are routed to a licensed agent and, when we use an email delivery provider to send them, that provider processes the message on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for anything else.
Please leave medical details, your Social Security number, and your full member ID out of the form. If we need something like that to help you, an agent will collect it through a channel built for it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically receive technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language preference, the page that referred you, the pages you viewed, and the date and time. This information is used to keep the site running and secure and to understand which pages are useful. On its own it does not identify you by name.
We may also receive information about you from other sources, such as marketing partners, advertising platforms, and publicly available databases, to keep our records current and to make the advertising we buy more relevant.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies such as pixels and tags. Some are necessary: they remember your ZIP code between pages, keep the site secure, and make forms work. Others are analytics cookies that count visits and show us where people get stuck, and advertising cookies that let us measure which campaigns bring people to the site and show ads on other platforms.
Analytics and advertising technologies on this site may be provided by third parties, including web analytics and advertising platforms, and those providers may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most advertising platforms offer their own opt-out controls. Blocking necessary cookies will break parts of the site.
Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is still no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, so we do not currently act on it. If a standard is adopted that applies to us, we will follow it and update this page.
How we use your information
We use what we collect to:
- Show you plans available where you live and give you accurate quotes.
- Have a licensed agent contact you about the coverage you asked about, and answer follow-up questions.
- Help you apply for coverage and submit your application to the insurance company you choose.
- Respond to messages, support requests, complaints, and privacy requests.
- Operate, secure, test, and improve the site, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Measure and improve our marketing, and show you relevant ads, where the law allows it.
- Meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, including keeping proof of the consents you gave us.
Who we share information with
We are not in the business of selling your medical information, and we do not publish or trade the contents of your messages. We do share information in these situations:
- Insurance companies and licensed agency partners. To get you a quote or submit an application, your information goes to the carrier you are considering. Your inquiry may also be referred to a licensed insurance agency partner when that partner is better placed to help with your state or plan type, and that partner may contact you by phone or email about coverage.
- Service providers. Hosting, email delivery, phone and text delivery, customer relationship management, call routing, analytics, and advertising vendors process information on our behalf under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Legal and safety. We disclose information when the law requires it, in response to lawful requests from authorities, and when we need to investigate suspected fraud, protect someone from harm, or defend our rights.
- Business transfers. If the business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Text messaging is treated separately. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own messaging or marketing. Only My Live Health sends text messages under the consent you give us. Providers that deliver those messages for us, or that record whether you opted in, may not use your number for anything else.
Calls, texts, and your consent
When you give us your phone number and ask to be contacted, you agree that My Live Health LLC, or a licensed insurance agency partner your inquiry is referred to, may call or email you about coverage, including calls placed with automated technology and prerecorded messages, at the number you gave us, even if it is a wireless number and even if it appears on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of buying anything, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling the caller, emailing contact@mylivehealth.com, or calling (833) 741-1902.
Text messages require their own separate opt-in. If you opt in, we may send messages about your inquiry, such as follow-up questions, scheduling links, and reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of texts does not stop calls or emails that you separately agreed to.
We may also send a one-time verification code by text to confirm that the number you entered is yours. That message is part of submitting the form, not marketing, and it is separate from the optional text messaging program.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this notice, unless the law requires or permits us to keep it longer for tax, accounting, or similar reasons. Inquiry records are generally kept no longer than twelve months past the point an account or inquiry goes idle.
Records of consent are different. Consent timestamps, text messaging opt-in and opt-out records, and the related compliance documentation are kept for at least five years from the date they were collected, or longer where federal or state law requires, so that we can show what you agreed to and when.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. Where deletion is not immediately possible, for example because a copy sits in a backup, we isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.
How we protect information
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process, described in more detail on the website security program page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that a determined attacker will never defeat those safeguards. Please use a secure connection and a device you trust when you send us information.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how it is used or shared, and to opt out of marketing. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
- To make a request: email contact@mylivehealth.com or call (833) 741-1902 and tell us what you want us to do. We will verify who you are before we act, and we respond within the time the applicable law allows, generally within 30 to 45 days.
- To stop marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or ask us. We may still send service messages about a request you made.
- To stop calls: tell the agent, or contact us using the details above.
- To stop texts: reply STOP to any text message.
- To use an authorized agent: we may deny a request if the agent cannot show they were validly authorized to act for you.
We may keep limited information after a deletion request when the law lets us, for example to prevent fraud, to resolve disputes, to enforce our terms of use, and to keep the consent records described above.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, why we collect them, the categories of sources, the categories of third parties we disclose them to, and whether we sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. You also have the right to request deletion and correction, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, the Shine The Light law, also lets California residents ask once a year, free of charge, for information about personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing in the prior calendar year.
To exercise any of these rights, including opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email contact@mylivehealth.com with “California privacy request” in the subject line, or call (833) 741-1902. Advertising cookies can also be limited through your browser and through the opt-out controls the advertising platforms provide.
Children and minors
This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 or market to them. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we delete it. If you believe that has happened, contact us at contact@mylivehealth.com.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice as our practices and the law change. The date at the top shows the last update, and the new version takes effect as soon as it is posted. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the site. Please check back from time to time.
