Mobile app

The app is still being built.

We would rather tell you that than post a download button that goes nowhere. Everything the app will do first, the member portal already does in your phone browser.

Status

No app store listing yet, and no fake download links here.

A mobile app is in development. Until it is genuinely available, this page will keep saying so.

Available today

What the member portal already does from a phone.

The portal is responsive, so it works in Safari, Chrome, and any other modern mobile browser. You sign in once and stay signed in for the session.

01ID card

Pull up your member ID card

Sign in from your phone and your ID card is on screen, which is all most front desks need. Save a screenshot for the times you have no signal.

02Benefits

Check what your plan covers

Look up your deductible, what you have paid toward it so far, your copays, and whether a service needs prior authorization before you book it.

03Claims

Track a claim after a visit

See which claims have processed, what the plan paid, and what you owe, so a bill in the mail is never the first you hear of it.

04Find care

Find a doctor, a drug, or urgent care

Search the network from your phone before you book, including the nearest in-network urgent care when you need somewhere today.

One-tap access

Add the member portal to your home screen.

You do not need to wait for an app to get the portal onto your home screen. Both mobile browsers can save a website as an icon that opens full screen, which covers the reason most people want an app in the first place: getting to the ID card in a couple of taps at a front desk.

On an iPhone or iPad

  • Open the member portal in Safari.
  • Tap the Share button in the browser toolbar.
  • Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. The portal now opens from an icon like any other app.

On an Android phone

  • Open the member portal in Chrome.
  • Tap the three-dot menu in the top corner.
  • Choose Add to Home screen, then confirm. Some phones offer Install app, which does the same thing.

On the roadmap

What we intend to build first.

This is what we are working toward, not a list of shipped features and not a promise about timing.

  • Signing in with Face ID or a fingerprint instead of a password
  • Your ID card available offline, without signing in first
  • Push notifications when a claim finishes processing
  • Prescription refill reminders and pharmacy lookup
  • Starting a virtual visit from the phone, where your plan includes one
  • Saving your care team so lookups take one tap

Good to know

Questions about the app.

Is there a My Live Health app I can download right now?
No. There is no My Live Health app in the Apple App Store or on Google Play yet. Any app you find using our name is not published by us, so please do not sign in to it. We will announce the real app here and on our news page when it is available.
When will the app be released?
We are not announcing a date. Naming a release date we might miss would be worse than saying plainly that it is in development. When there is a date worth publishing, it will appear on this page.
What should I use in the meantime?
The member portal works in any modern mobile browser, and it handles the things members do most: viewing an ID card, checking benefits, tracking claims, searching the provider directory, and downloading forms. You can add it to your phone home screen so it opens in one tap.
Will the app cost anything?
No. When it is released it will be free for members to download and use. Standard data rates from your mobile carrier would still apply.
How do I get help from my phone today?
Call the number on your member ID card for anything specific to your plan or a claim. For questions about shopping for coverage, use our contact page and a licensed agent can help.
