Licensed Medicare Sales Agent
Help people compare Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D options and enroll in coverage that actually fits, working company-provided leads by phone with full compliance support.
The work
What you will do.
- Work company-provided leads by phone: no cold prospecting and no buying your own lead lists
- Walk each person through how Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Part D fit together, in plain language
- Run compliant needs assessments and plan comparisons, including provider and drug list checks before any recommendation
- Complete scope of appointment documentation and follow CMS marketing rules on every interaction, including call recording requirements
- Enroll clients through carrier and CMS tools, then confirm effective dates and next steps in writing
- Carry a heavier schedule through the Annual Enrollment Period and Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period
- Follow up with your book of business through the year so clients stay in plans that still fit
Requirements
What the role requires.
- Active health insurance license in at least one state, in good standing
- Current plan-year AHIP certification completed before your start date
- Willingness to complete carrier certifications and appointments for the plans we offer
- Ability to pass carrier and regulatory background checks
- Comfort working phone-based sales with documented, compliant conversations
Nice to have
What helps, but is not required.
- Existing carrier appointments for major Medicare Advantage or Part D carriers
- Experience selling in AEP call-center or high-volume environments
- Fluency in Spanish or another language our clients speak

Compensation
How pay works.
This role is commission-based. We walk through the full compensation structure, including how commissions and renewals work and what support the company provides, in the first interview, so you can compare it against what you earn today before either side invests more time.
