Open role

Limited Medical Agent

Help people find limited medical coverage that fits their situation and budget, explaining clearly what these plans do and do not cover, and enroll them compliantly, working company-provided leads by phone.

The work

What you will do.

  • Work company-provided leads by phone from our own lead-generation sites
  • Learn what coverage someone needs and what they can afford before recommending anything
  • Explain in plain language that limited medical plans are not major medical insurance: what they pay, what they do not, and what that means for the customer
  • Give truthful, documented answers and follow carrier and state disclosure rules on every call, including call recording
  • Complete applications accurately and confirm effective dates and next steps in writing
  • Follow up after enrollment so first payments are made and ID cards and questions are handled
  • Point people to Medicare, ACA marketplace, or Medicaid options when those are the better fit

Requirements

What the role requires.

  • Active health insurance license in at least one state, in good standing
  • Willingness to complete the carrier appointments and certifications required for the limited medical plans we offer
  • Commitment to clear disclosure: never presenting a limited plan as full health insurance
  • Ability to pass carrier and regulatory background checks
  • Comfort working phone-based sales with documented, compliant conversations

Nice to have

What helps, but is not required.

  • Experience selling limited benefit, indemnity, or short-term health products
  • Existing carrier appointments for supplemental health products
  • Fluency in Spanish or another language our clients speak

How we work

The setup.

  • Work in person at our Boca Raton, FL office
  • Leads are company-provided from our own websites, not resold third-party data
  • Licensed support for compliance questions, so you never have to guess at a rule alone
  • Modern tooling: our own quoting flow, CRM, and recorded dialer

Compensation

How pay works.

This role is commission-based. We walk through the full compensation structure, including how commissions and renewals work and what support the company provides, in the first interview, so you can compare it against what you earn today before either side invests more time.

Process

What happens after you apply.

  1. We review your application, usually within a few business days
  2. A phone conversation about your experience, your licenses, and how you like to work
  3. License verification (we check NIPR, so have your NPN handy)
  4. Carrier appointment paperwork for the plans you will sell
  5. Onboarding and training on our tools, scripts, and compliance standards
